Press 0 for the Operator…Or Use These Tips To Contact xtra xtra
Big changes are ahead for xtra xtra. We’re days away from formally launching our exciting partnership with Boston.com, and we’re expecting some folks might have questions about the site when this partnership is officially set in motion.
Some websites make it nearly impossible to contact the people running the show, so we wanted to let you know how you can contact the xtra xtra team to let us know about questions and ideas regarding the site.
- If You Have an Idea For the Site: User feedback was a vital part of our site redesign last winter, and we continue to welcome your ideas and suggestions. If you have an idea for xtra xtra, leave a comment on this blog entry or send an email to Cooley at cooley-at-xtraxtra-dot-com. We’ll happily jot down your suggestions as we make the site the best it can be.
- If You Want To Report a Milestone: Our posts come from xtra xtra users
and other newspapers, but it’s possible something might be on the site that doesn’t belong there. If you see a post that seems inappropriate or unauthorized, we count on you to let us know. xtra xtra users or those accessing the site through Facebook Connect can “flag” milestones by clicking the flag image above the milestone. This sends a direct alert to xtra xtra so we can review the content.
- If You Want to Contact xtra xtra Directly: Send us an email at info-at-xtraxtra-dot-com. You can also reach us on Twitter at @xtraxtrawebsite. We check all of these accounts throughout the day, so you’ll get a speedy response.
- If You Want To Tell People About xtra xtra: Share our URL with friends and family who might have a milestone to post. If you want to spread the word with a bigger microphone, visit our Link To Us page for embeddable images that will bring people right to xtra xtra’s doorstep.
Let us know if you have any questions, and thanks again for checking out xtra xtra!

The xtra xtra team
